How we get started

1. Initial Enquiry

Reach out to us via phone, email, or through our website. We’ll respond with 24 business hours and take the time to understand what you’re looking for.

2. First Conversation

We’ll have a relaxed conversation to learn more about the participant, their goals, preferences, and any immediate needs — no pressure, just understanding.

3. Information & Referral

Where applicable, we’ll work with the support coordinator to gather the right information and complete any required documentation to get things moving.

4. Meet & Greet

We arrange a meet and greet so everyone feels comfortable. This is an important step to ensure the right fit before supports begin.

5. Thoughtful Staff Matching

We carefully match support workers based on experience, personality, and participant preferences — not just availability.

6. Support Begins

Once everything is in place, supports commence with a focus on consistency, communication, and doing things properly from day one.
